Mind Over Manner is a charity organisation that presents public specialist theatre-based workshops to develop social inclusion and change. Our work is oriented towards interconnected areas of development: Neurodivergent/Takiwātanga Culture, Creativity, Wellbeing, Te Ao Māori reframe for understanding Takiwātanga, Supports for Education, Health, Social & Justice services. With 16 years of experience , we are established as a respected provider of programmes relating to neurodiversity (those who think, behave, and socialise differently) We are advocates for equity & social change Where some see deficit, we see diversity. Our work is rooted in four core values: 1. Manaakitanga (nurturing & empowering others) 2. Whanaungatanga (meaningful relationships through shared experience) 3.
