Mike and Shirley Endean Marsden Charitable Trust

To support wine and viticulture industries in the Northland District; Tourism and hospitality industries in the Kerikeri District and Viticulture education in the Far North District. To undertake such other projects as are generally ancillary to or associated with those objects set out in this clause. The objects or purposes of this trust are or shall be charitable and shall be deemed not to include or extend to anything which is or shall be held or determined to be non-charitable.
