Establish suitable track work at Springfield to provide a locomotive turning facility in the area of the former Locomotive Depot. Any other facilities/services that may have links to railway operations at Springfield. Provide education for persons in the correct operation and overhaul of, equipment to be used for the purpose of providing, facilities/services as above. Provide to other persons or organisations having similar aims, any support and assistance consistent with the charitable purposes of the trust
