Mercury Bay RSA Poppy Trust

The principal objects of the Trust are to receive moneys, donations, gifts in connection with the poppy designated by the RNZRSA and to apply the trust fund exclusively for charitable purposes within NZ for the welfare of returned and service people, the relief of poverty, the advancement of education or religion, or such other charitable purposes within NZ as are recognised by the laws of NZ.
