1 The Society will be a registered charity within the meaning of the Charities Act, 2005 and any subsequent amendments to that Act. 2 The Society will be an Incorporated Society within the meaning of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022, and any subsequent amendments to that Act. 3 The purpose of the Society is to provide an environment for men to pursue their personal development and well-being for the betterment of themselves and the community and in particular; (a) Development and enhancement of technical and intellectual capability; (b) Promote awareness and understanding of men’s issues by the community; (c) Provide and maintain suitable premises and equipment for members to undertake; both personal and community projects in a communal manner; (d) To provide educational activities and other programmes consistent with the aims of the Society; (e) To liaise with other organisations to further the aims of the Society. 4 Pecuniary gain is not a purpose of the Society
