Mauger Charitable Foundation

To use or employ both capital & income for the furtherance of any charitable purposes in New Zealand from time to time selected by the trustees including without limitation: (a) to make gifts in for or towards the advancement of education, the relief of poverty, the maintenance and preservation of health & for such other charitable purposes in New Zealand as the trustees from time to time determine (being every purpose which, in accordance with New Zealand law is charitable); and (b) to make donations to charitable organisations which have approved done status under sKC5 of the Income Tax Act 2004 & whose charitable purposes are exclusively within New Zealand.
