To encourage the desexing of companion animals by providing funding where necessary to this end, thus reducing the number of unwanted puppies and kittens. To work together with those members of the public in need of funding from the service we provide. To work with veterinarians to get desexing programmes in place. On occasion, to assist with other animal welfare expenses.
