MARION AITCHISON CHARITABLE TRUST

This Trust was established by deed on 14th March 2007 by Marion Elizabeth Aitchison. It is to be held in perpetuity to pay the net annual income at the Trustee's discretion, with a request that income is applied to support, promote and finance purposes in the fields of education, advancement of disadvantaged persons and the care of the elderly. The deed provides discretion for capital to be applied, income to be accumulated and up to 20% to be capitalised for the first 80 years.
