To advance and promote the education of the community by providing an opportunity for members of the community to study, practice and perform concert band music. To promote the advancement of concert band music within the community by the performance of public concerts within the community. To encourage members of the community to acquire knowledge and skills in music and to become musically aware and appreciative.
