Providing financial support/ grants/ relief to Air New Zealand employees facing financial hardship or vulnerability as a result of circumstances or events beyond their control affecting an individual, class or classes of people including, but not limited to events or circumstances caused by extreme weather geological events, States of National or Regional Emergency or natural disasters requiring relief of a charitable nature as the Trustees may from time to time determine.
