To be beneficial to the community by providing, restoring, preserving and maintaining the Mahurangi Heads Presbyterian Cemetery (“the Cemetery”); raising the public profile of the Cemetery; by administering the Cemetery in all respects including (but not limited to) deciding in its absolute discretion who shall be buried in the cemetery, and determining and collecting burial fees and paying all outgoings.
