To establish and maintain out of the income of the Trust Fund a scholarship or scholarships to the boarding department of Napier Boys' High School. To apply so much of the income produced by the Trust Fund as shall not be required for scholarships or which the Trustees do not think proper to be set aside for that purpose, for the benefit of the boarding department of the School
