Lyttelton Community House Trust

We aim to provide a service that is nurturing, inclusive and co-creative as well as providing services that will support and uplift those in our community who come through the doors. Lyttelton Community House will endeavour to continue to fulfill the purpose of the organisation: to seek funding & facilitate contracting with service providers that have the capacity to deliver the following services: provide a community house in Lyttelton accessible by all members of the community, undertake a range of community engagement services & initiatives, to offer social, economic & education support, particularly for community members on low incomes, employ and/or contract staff to facilitate these initiatives, develop working relationships/partnerships with a number of existing community organisations in Lyttelton & the Lyttelton Harbour Basin, facilitate research pertaining to objectives, identify & implement new community initiatives that would enhance the social wellbeing of the community.
