Lynfield College Community Childcare Centre Incorporated

The purpose and aims of the Society are; (a) to provide quality childcare for pre-school children of the local community and members of staff and students of Lynfield College. (b) To provide a loving, understanding, accepting, respecting, warm, safe extended family type environment in which the children can grow, share and learn under the guidance of caring and qualified teaching staff. (c) To foster the physical, social, emotional and intellectual development of the children attending the Childcare Centre through (i) a balance of activity, rest and good nutrition, (ii) the provision of an ongoing education programme. (d) To provide premises, staffing and equipment in line with the regulations of the Ministry of Education. (e) To ensure that the Childcare Centre is self-supporting and that all the profits are used for the benefit of the Centre and the pre-school children associated with it. (f) To establish effective communication with parents/whanau in a democratic organisation in whi
