The mission statement of the Lincoln and Districts Community Care Assn. (Inc.) is: To promote and initiate a comprehensive range of community health, social and welfare services to the citizens of Lincoln and surrounding districts, through a cadre of permanent staff supported by a network of trained local volunteers, on a not-for-profit basis, by direct means or via a referral system where required.
