Light of Christ Assemblies of God

a) The Trustees as appointed under this deed will become members of the board. b) The trust is created for a charitable purpose as provided for in this deed. c) The Trust will be an entity that will fulfill the stated objectives of the trust to be a christian based non profit ministry to minister to the spiritual needs of the church members and the community at large. d) The Trustees have received the sum of $10.00 to be held by them in their joint names together with any further sums or assets acquired or vested in the Trustees upon the trusts and subject to the power and discretion set out or implied in this deed.
