Leadership Development International

Leadership Development International (LDI) exists to help fulfil the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20), by supporting strategic, Bible believing, interdenominational leadership training agencies throughout the Majority World to train their own people in their own country or region. The aim is to support the training of excellent, humble, servant leaders of integrity, as church planters, evangelists, missionaries, translators, preachers, pastors, Bible teachers and theologians, and also lay leaders and national opinion shapers. We accomplish this by establishing and maintaining long term strategic partnerships between donor partners and majority world partners through our Magnificent Seven Ventures: student scholarships, faculty training, literature and IT resources, campus development, preaching training, short term adventures and humanitarian aid and development.
