Latvian Church Charitable Trust

The primary objects and purposes for which the Trust is established are: - To worship God and fulfil the mission of the Christian Church by proclaiming the word of God. - To administer the affairs of the Lutheran cause for the benefit of Lutheran followers in New Zealand. - To provide a community where people can worship together, be supported and supportive and enjoy fellowship together. - To encourage the congregatioon to carry out its mission to its local community. - To promote and maintain true Christian unity in the bonds of peace. - To minister to human need in the name of our Lord. The secondary objects and purposes are: - To educate the community about the Latvian culture. - To carry on any other charitable objectives which may seem to be capable of being conveniently carried on in conjunction with the above charitable objects.
