The Trustees hold Trust Fund on trust to pay or apply so much of the capital and income of the Trust Fund as the trustees think fit, exclusively for, or towards, any one or more of the following exclusively charitable purposes, which are declared to be the purposes of the Trust namely: 1. Supporting individuals to achieve optimum health and wellbeing for themselves, their families and communities by making available a central hub in the local community, initially in Tuakau but surrounding areas and nationwide for all people, Maori, Pacifica, Europeans, other enthnicities and new immigrants. Anyone that needs support in wellness pathways for Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol.
