Koraunui Manaaki Akoranga Trust is a provider of Health, Education, Advocacy, and Whānau Support services for the community. We operate within a culturally grounded environment that assists individuals and families to facilitate positive change, enabling them to meet their care, protection, and educational needs within a stimulating and supportive setting. Whānau commitment to achievement is encouraged, and the Trust is dedicated to the full realisation of human potential for the maximum benefit of both individuals and society.Since 2002, the Trust has been an approved provider of Alternative Education through the Ministry of Education in partnership with Heretaunga College in Upper Hutt. The Alternative Education Programme delivers teaching outside the traditional classroom setting and supports young people who are disengaged from mainstream education due to factors such as health issues, family circumstances, behavioural challenges, or learning difficulties.
