Kohimarama Presbyterian Church Trust

(a) To pay or apply for or towards the benefit of the Kohimarama Presbyterian Church (“the Church”) the whole or such portions of the Trust Fund (the capital as well as the income thereof) as the Board in its absolute and uncontrolled discretion from time to time thinks fit; (b) To do and carry out all such matters and things as are likely to promote the objects and purposes of the Church; and (c) To accept and acquire property for the general purposes set out above or upon any special trusts connected with the Church provided that the Board shall not be bound to accept property for any foregoing purposes or for any purpose unless the Board shall in its absolute discretion deem it expedient to do so.
