Ko Ta'ua Taua Trust

3.1 The purposes and aims of the Trust are to devote or apply both capital and income of the Trust Fund to or for any charitable purposes which are from time to time selected by the Trustees and are valid charitable purposes. 3.2 Subject to clause 3.1 and without in any way derogating from it, the Trustees may also devote or apply both capital and income of the Trust to further charitable purposes by: (a) Alleviating the housing crisis faced by Māori and Pasifika families by providing secure, sustainable and culturally aligned homes for low income whanau; (b) Educating Māori and Pasifika tenants and communities on financial literacy, entrepreneurship and wealth creation to decrease poverty within our communities; (c) Providing resource for life empowerment services, opportunities for learning new skills and exposing of Māori and Pasifika tenants and communities to successful role models; and (d) Navigating and supporting Māori and Pasifika whanau throughout the housing system
