Kiwi Flora & Fauna Savings Trust

WHÄINGA/ PURPOSE: The Trustees shall stand possessed of the Trust Fund to use, pay or apply so much of the income and capital of the Trust fund to support the following Charitable Purposes in New Zealand as the trustees think fit, namely; encourage and undertake the preservation and protection of all indigenous Fauna; with a particular focus on avian specimens; permanent removal of introduced mammalian pests and predators; including predator control programmes; to provide inspiration, guidance and tools to enable New Zealand and New Zealanders to protect and enhance local and regional populations of native Flora and Fauna; to support research that benefits native Flora or Fauna especially but not exclusively in the areas of predator control, breeding, eco-system management, and species commercialization; to assist and co-operate with approved persons and organizations sharing similar aims provided that these activities are to be conducted in furtherance of Charitable Purposes
