To promote the social, cultural and spiritual development of Whanau, Hapu, Iwi and their aspirations in advancing self sufficiency, independence, and autonomy. To train people in areas of wananga so that whanau wananga can be facilitated for the further wellbeing of Whanau, Hapu, Iwi. To do anything else within New Zealand that will advance any of these aims.
