About

To support, maintain, assist and promote the preservation, protection, restoration and enhancement of the environment in Ipipiri, particularly with respect to the Elliot Property, and elsewhere in New Zealand for the benefit of present and future generations; and to facilitate and enable the establishment, in collaboration with local Iwi and others, of a Great Walk in the Bay of Islands utilising the Elliot Property, for the benefit of present and future generations of New Zealand. The Trust will also carry on other charitable purposes including the promotion of education, the creation of employment opportunities with a view to improving the health, welfare and economic wellbeing within the local Ipipiri community and elsewhere in New Zealand.
