Intercreate Trust

The purpose of the Trust will be charitable: to facilitate education, research and creative projects that benefit artists, the New Zealand digital art audience and the wider public. The trust will promote and facilitate both online and onsite activities in support of this purpose. The Trust will: 3.1 Facilitate diverse education and research activities; 3.2 Facilitate residency and creative projects; 3.2 Support digital media art and related practice; 3.3 Support projects and activities which inform, enhance and improve the understanding of digital media and related creative activity; and 3.4 Provide other support and assistance consistent with this charitable purpose, provided always that these purposes may properly be regarded as charitable according to the law of New Zealand.
