The charitable objects for which the Company is established are to: (a) to assist in the provision of sustainable and high quality general practice medical services in the Taupō region. (b) consolidate and integrate mainstream and Māori provider groups in order to deliver services more effectively to meet the needs of the population; and (c) pursue any other objectives which the Directors consider are consistent with the objectives set out in paragraphs (a) and (b) above.
