The Company is established to carry on business, to take on such leases and contractual obligations and to hold the capital as well as the income from time to time arising as the directors shall in their discretion think fit to further the following charitable purposes: (a) to benefit the older community within New Zealand by providing services, support, and assistance to the older community and in particular to more vulnerable older persons; or (b) to carry out other charitable purposes within New Zealand as the Board shall determine from time to time.
