To hold and manage the finances, property and organisations of the St Barnabas Home to the highest professional standard and to provide quality care and support for the elderly within the Diocese of Dunedin in comfortable and friendly accommodation in both residential and serviced flats and to maintain the dignity and independence, and to supply the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of the residents. To carry out any other charitable object which may seem to be capable of being conveniently carried on to advance the objects of the Trust
