About
(a) To promote within New Zealand the education, vocational training, health, religious and spiritual welfare (including the promotion of Maoritanga), or Beneficiaries and the relief of poverty and the provision of social services and care (including hospital and residential care) for elderly, indigent or impoverished Beneficiaries. (b) To develop and implement environmental policies to safeguard nga taonga tuku iho whilst giving effect to the kaitiekitanga obligations of Ngai Tamanuhri Whanui (c) To promote schemes to encourage the practice of Maori arts and crafts, the study of Maori law and history, te reo Maori and other aspects of Ngai Tamanuhiri Whanui (d) To make grants or loans towards the cost of establishment, construction, management, maintenance, repair or repair or improvement of marae, culture or community facilities, urupa and cemeteries. (e) Any other activity or object that is considered charitable under New Zealand law.
