In accordance with section 16(2) of the Act, the Company operates exclusively for charitable purposes (Charitable Purposes). The Charitable Purposes of the Company are to provide for the advancement, promotion, development and resourcing of services to the adult population who have limited life skills and includes the elderly and disabled adults and families. Accordingly, all income of the Company will be applied for the purposes of carrying out and fulfilling the Charitable Purposes.
