Make grants to primarily provide funds for married couples who wish to undergo in vitro fertilisation or other such techniques which enhance their ability to produce children. Also, to provide funds for persons to obtain urgent surgical operations where the persons requiring the operation show a clear inability to pay for such operation themselves and the public hospitals are not able to supply the operations and post-operative care within the time declared necessary by the persons' medical advisors. Or makes grants to other charitable organisations.
