Hearts & Minds provides responsive and accessible community-based mental wellbeing services: • Mental Wellbeing Progamme • Health & Support Navigation • Community Development The Hearts & Minds constitution and philosophy are underpinned by the two key principles of empowerment and self-determination, inherent in these principles is the belief that all people from every socio-economic, age, gender and ethnic demographic are respected and valued. Hearts & Minds exists to strengthen the resilience of diverse populations and to support individuals, families/whanau and communities to identify and achieve their full potential. Hearts & Minds services are designed for all people to achieve their full wellbeing potential at a community level, with wellbeing being viewed as a state of social, physical, mental, emotional, cultural and spiritual health.
