Health Rotorua Charitable Trust

To improve community health outcomes in the Rotorua District, particularly for those people with high needs. To develop and support a community based collaborative approach to primary health care in the Rotorua District, in order to be more effective and meet the needs of the population. To purse any other objectives which are charitable in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and consistent with the objectives set out above.
