To acquire, develop, own, manage and operate retirement villages for elderly, ill or disabled persons; to develop and provide care, services and support appropriate to the needs of elderly, ill or disabled persons; to promote, assist or aid any project or research having its object the relief, assistance or alleviation of the medical needs of the community; to raise funds or apply funds for any of the above purposes or any other purpose which under the law of NZ is charitable including the relief of poverty, the advancement of education or any other object or purposes beneficial to the community.
