The Trustees shall stand possessed of the Trust Fund UPON TRUST to use or apply the Trust Fund (the capital as well as the income thereof) in promoting or fostering such charitable purposes as the Trustees shall from time to time in their absolute discretion determine. (b) Without in any way limiting the generality of clause 3(a), the Settlors declare the intent and wish that in exercising its discretion under clause 3(a) the Trustees should give paramountcy to: (i) advancing the belief of Christian Religion (as set in Schedule 2); (ii) fostering the practice of Christian Religion by providing Christian education, teaching and training; (iii) benefiting organisations or persons involved in advancing the belief and fostering the practice of Christian Religion; (iv) alleviating poverty, caring for the sick and needy, and providing relief for oppressed people.
