Mission
We are a registered Charitable Trust, founded in 1999 as an ecumenical response to homelessness in Hamilton. Our Purpose is: 'The alleviation of homelessness in Kirikiriroa'. The Mission(s) of the Hamilton Christian Nightshelter Trust is to provide emergency shelter and accommodation for Hamilton’s homeless and transient people; to facilitate the necessary support for the welfare of the homeless and transient; and to raise awareness of, and advocate about Homelessness in Aotearoa/New Zealand.
