Halswell Toy Library Incorporated

The principal activity The HTL is a community service run by a voluntary committee, providing good quality toys for hire (6 months – 10 years old).  We are a non profit organization and through various funding sources, good support of our fundraisers by our members and with everyone’s effort in the ongoing care of toys, we are able to keep our library’s stocks to a high standard.     The aim of the HTL is to provide good quality toys and equipment which will assist pre-school children in their educational development.  Children learn through play so we encourage positive adult/child interaction.
