A Gurdwara is a place of safety, a communal space for the community to gather, food to be shared and eaten together, a place of learning, a place to seek help and support. It is also a place of worship for us Sikhs. The darbar or court is where you will find the Guru of the Sikhs. The main purpose of the sikh temple is to expand teachings of sikhism to all people.
