To foster the practice and study of Zen Buddhism based on the teachings transmitted through the White Plum tradition of Soto Zen. This includes providing opportunities for meditation, engagement in Buddhist social and environmental programmes , training priests and lay teachers, and carrying out other activities that encourage generosity, wisdom and compassion.
