Benefit the community of Tairawhiti/Gisborne by providing brass musical performances for Civic events. Provide an opportunity for youth, new players and community musicians to meet, demonstrate, learn and share their musical achievements and creativity. To foster and promote a lifelong interest in music as a basic human experience.
