Mission
The Gisborne Church of Christ is committed to introducing others to the reality of Jesus Christ and to the wonders of belonging to His family, developing His nature, fulfilling His purposes and enjoying His presence always. These incorporate seven principal purposes of The New Testament Evangelism, Baptism, Prayer, Fellowship, Discipleship, Ministry and Worship. Planted in 1896 and still going on for Jesus in 2019 – (over 120 years). In summary the Church reflects: "A family of Believers with a heart after Jesus!"
