Gisborne Boardriders Club Incorporated

The purpose of the club is to foster, encourage, facilitate and promote community participation in the sport of surfing to our local communities as a means to promote public health and improve physical and psychological wellbeing of people who face social, physical and economic barriers. We do this by establishing and operating a Club the provides educational, recreational, competitive and social activities in a supervised, safe, caring and positive environment including making equipment available for the use of local tamariki and rangatahi.
