Mission
The Bandroom's purpose is to provide a facility for use for Not-for Profit community bands or musical groups, in particular for the Gisborne Civic Band Inc and the Gisborne Concert Band Inc. To provide community tuition rooms for learners of musical instruments, and to promote education in the art of musicianship by fostering the development of musicians to sustain the musical sector in the Tairawhiti region.
