Geraldine District Foundation

To hold the Foundation Fund on trust to pay or apply so much of the capital and income thereof as the Trustees think fit exclusively for or towards any one or more objects or purposes which are charitable in accordance with the law of New Zealand as the Trustees shall determine from time to time including to strengthen and support the provision of and or provide services and or facilities within the community of the Geraldine township and its surrounding districts.
