To provide, or to facilitate the provision of internet access and associated services to the residents of Makara Beach and South Makara that cannot access wired broadband. To provide or to facilitate the provision of these services to the schools and non-profit community groups, residents and organizations of these communities. To encourage and aid, through the provision of Internet services, those wanting to work and study from home To work with residents, communities and organisations involved in similar projects, providing information and consultative services. To support research that would further any of these aims and to publish all such research. To do anything else that would further any of these aims. FROMMS purpose is also to helping other community groups that can not access wired broadband to develop their own community broadband services
