Friends of Mangaonua Esplanade Society Incorporated

From the Society's constitution (6/2/2026): 5. Purposes The Society is established and maintained exclusively for charitable purposes (including any purposes ancillary to those charitable purposes), namely, benefitting the community by— a. supporting the restoration of original indigenous flora biodiversity, b. creating a habitat for and protection of indigenous fauna. c. creating an amenity for people in the gully known as the Mangaonua Esplanade in Silverdale, Hamilton, and also d. doing anything necessary or helpful to achieving the above purposes. Any income, benefit, or advantage must be used to advance the charitable purposes of the Society.
