All shares in the Company were taken upon incorporation, and are held by the Charitable Trust names Urban Neighbours of Hope NZ (2579362). 5.2 The Company is bound by the Constitution and Rules of Urban Neighbours of Hope NZ. 5.3 Any income benefit or advantage and the funds of the Company generally, shall be applied only and exclusively to the charitable purposes of the Company and the Trust.
