The purpose of the Trust is to action whatever is deemed appropriate to initiate, facilitate, develop, manage and utilising other means projects for the advancement of education (particularly through early childhood education), economic, social, community, and political development for Niue people in Otara, surrounding areas and in New Zealand to the extent that the purpose and objects are charitable and carried out within New Zealand, by one or a combination of the following objects.
