Families Overcoming Addiction

Families Overcoming Addiction is a peer led-support service for families/whanau struggling with a loved one's addiction. We provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where we all relate to the struggles and challenges of loving a person who has an addiction. Our group purpose is to: - Reduce isolation by meeting with others experiencing similar situations. - Understand the nature and power of addiction. - Exchange information, practical ideas and support. - Explore alternative coping strategies
